Deconstruction Site

I’ll being reaching for the lipstick soon to try and give the blog a purdy mouth, as since I’ve started I’ve not made a huge attempt to make it look good or thought too much about the about other stuff that’s going on. I’ll be updating all my links etc. and you've got any, or want to use mine then go ahead and make my day.

I’ve also been a bit hazy on what the blog’s really about; probably because I haven’t really had a clue. However, I’m sure you’ll be delighted to know that I’m starting to get a some sort of idea and I’ll try and get some kind of mission statement up in the next few days. Suggestions and comments are welcome, just so long as they’re good.

Pictures. I promise to start to use more pictures and make this a little less text heavy than it is . More pictures means less reading, which can only be a good thing.

That’s all. Be seeing you.

Hope its no problem that I am the most prolific poster on this site Rawshack. I voted no need for more pictures because I already enjoyed the blog. But pictures may help?

Look forward to the "mission statement", maybe then I might change my mind on pictures. Enjoy the Links though. Please keep them! Cheers jeremy

Here's this weeks question...

If Arsenal were a wine, what would it be? I'd suggest it would have to be something undoubtedly attractive but probably overpriced, also consistently fails to deliver and who's maker fails to admit any of the wine's fault.

Jeremy - I don't want to put pictures etc in for the sake of it, and I don't always think looking at a bottle is always that stimulating. Neither though is hectares of text and although I'm not great at design I'd like to give it a little more oomph.

I need to get my tiny mind around the legal stuff of what I can and can't post in terms of image rights etc. I'm too lazy to take my own pictures ;)

Hey Rawshack

Yeah thats my point about pictures. They may be purdy and helpfull, but in the end I can look at pictures everywhere on the web.

Having said that, they don't hurt and on Winorama many people grew attached to them. So I guess I'm saying nothin' as usual ;)

To butt in on the Arsenal wine question, I don't watch football, but given the comments and my aversion to this varietal, maybe a Shwa and Smith or Cloudy Bay Sav/blanc? Take care

Don't worry about not knowing much about soccer, most Arsenal fans don't either.

Cloudy Bay could be this weeks winner. Big reputation and definitely overpriced, but not it's cracked up to be ;)

Anyway, this is a wine blog, not an EPL blog so that's our quota for this month. We'll move on to womens netball next time.

I have already described the Arsenal wine in a previous blog....and how can you say overpriced....these little gems are found in bargain basement stores everywhere on the mainland, they only become expensive with age and good management.....expect medals for this drop in the short term....
